On the Other Side
Ashley Judge, a crew member in her forties stands with her back to you, blood matting her hair on the side of her head. She holds her neck at an unnatural forty degree angle. her hands are sticky with blood and in her left hand she grips some sort of dripping floppy red thing. What exactly it is is she’s holding is not immediately apparent. What is, is the object’s source. David lies slumped and buckled into a chair blood soaks his jumpsuit where there is evidence of the injury he had mentioned. Her right hand is buried in the Pilot’s abdomen where she seems to be fishing for a grip on something.
She hears you. Her head twitches and she turns to face you. Her features are slack, almost comical. Her right eye unfocused with her left eye frozen looking down. She sputters a gutteral sound and launches herself at you on unsteady legs.
